Pumpkin Bread thanksgiving recipes

I know it's traditional in America to have a pumpkin pie for one of the thanksgiving dishes. BUT the recipe for thanksgiving if I was in America I would probably be using is the following pumpkin bread recipe. But then i suppose you could have both, along with some  pumpkin wine or cider.  This recipe would go great with a meatloaf recipe or just about any and all recipes, I can think of.

Pumpkin Bread Recipe
3 1/2 c flour
3 c sugar
1 1/2 t salt
2 cn pumpkin
4 eggs
2 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1 t soda
1 t clofes,Ground
2/3 c water
1 c nuts,Chopped
Method
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Add 1 cup nuts, chopped.
Bake in a loaf pan at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until done.
